Overheard in Newsroom
Newspapers are on shaky ground and yes, that's disastrous for our educated public and democracy blah blah, but there's more one thing I'd miss: newsroom banter.
At times, we talk like sailors and dress like students. A new site collects some funny newsroom quotes: Overheard in the Newsroom. For example:
“If anyone’s gonna die tonight, I hope they do it before 10:30 p.m.”
